  • You are responsible for verifying contractor credentials, licenses, and insurance independently.

4. Contractor Listings

Contractor profiles and listings are provided for informational purposes. While we strive to verify contractor information, Hardscapers does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, review, or rating. We recommend conducting your own due diligence before hiring any contractor.

5. Reviews

  • Reviews must reflect genuine experiences with the contractor.
  • Fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading reviews may be removed at our discretion.
  • By submitting a review, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display it on our platform.

6. Lead Generation

When you submit a quote request, your information is shared with up to 3 matched contractors. This service is free for homeowners. Contractors may contact you regarding your project. You can opt out of further communications at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hardscapers is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality of work, disputes, or damages arising from interactions between homeowners and contractors. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Hardscapers, including logos, text, and design, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
